Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with SG Outfits. We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
2. Refunds Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
Items returned without proper communication and approval will not be eligible for refund.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping.
